VANTA's Terms in Plain English: Commission, Notice, Payouts and Access

Creators comparing agencies are told to check five things before anything else: how commission is worked out, whether anything is charged upfront, how to leave, where the money goes and who holds the login. This page answers all five for VANTA, in plain language, so you can compare us against any other offer on the same terms.

Editorial note: This is a plain-English summary of the terms VANTA works to, matching the terms on our How it works page. Your written agreement is what applies to you; if anything in it differs from this page, ask us before you sign. General information, not legal or financial advice.

How does VANTA's commission work?

VANTA's commission is a percentage of net profit, meaning what's left after OnlyFans keeps its 20% fee. The rate varies per creator and is agreed individually, depending on the scope of work and the account, so there's no single published rate. You see the agreed percentage and the base it's calculated on before you sign.

The base matters as much as the percentage. A percentage of what fans pay (gross) costs more than the same percentage of what reaches you after the platform fee, because it also takes a share of money you never receive. VANTA's base is the net figure after OnlyFans' fee, never the gross.

What does that look like in numbers?

Here is a worked example with round numbers. The 40% rate below is an illustration only, chosen to make the maths easy to follow. It is not VANTA's rate, which is agreed per creator.

StepAmount
Fans spend in the month (gross)$10,000
OnlyFans' 20% fee−$2,000
Reaches the creator's account (net)$8,000
Commission at an illustrative 40% of net−$3,200
Creator keeps, before tax$4,800

On the same numbers, 40% of gross would have been $4,000, leaving $4,000. That $800 gap is why "what is the percentage taken from?" is the first question to ask any agency. Run your own figures in the OnlyFans earnings and commission calculator.

Does VANTA charge anything upfront?

No. VANTA charges no upfront fees and no joining fees. Commission is a share of net profit actually earned, and your payout goes to your own account, with VANTA invoicing you for its commission. An agency asking for money before it has earned anything for you is one of the most common warning signs creators are told to look out for.

How do you leave VANTA?

You give 14 days' notice. There's no minimum term, so you aren't locked in for a set number of months. Because you keep your own login, leaving doesn't depend on anyone handing an account back: at the end of the notice period, VANTA's access is removed.

If you want to understand how exits work in general, including what to check in any agency contract, read how to leave an OnlyFans agency.

Where does the money go?

OnlyFans pays your earnings into your own payout account, as it does for every creator. VANTA never receives your OnlyFans payout. Instead, VANTA invoices you for its commission, so the money lands in your account and every invoice can be checked against your own OnlyFans statements.

What a clear monthly statement should show is set out in how to read an OnlyFans agency invoice.

Who controls the account?

You do. You keep your own login, and the account and content stay yours. VANTA's team works on the account only with your permission, through VANTA's CRM, so access is granted for the agreed scope and can be withdrawn. Anything that needs your identity, voice or consent, such as content and approvals, stays with you.

What does VANTA not promise?

VANTA doesn't promise or guarantee income. Results depend on your goals, audience, content, time, market conditions, platform changes and your own involvement. Treat any agency that guarantees a specific income figure before seeing your account with caution.

VANTA's experience figures (six years of team experience in creator management, more than 30 creators currently managed and more than 500 worked with) are figures we report ourselves, not a forecast of what any account will earn.
