OnlyFans Statistics 2026: Revenue, Creators and Fans

OnlyFans statistics get quoted everywhere, often without dates or sources. This page sticks to figures from the platform's own published results, says which year each covers, and explains what they do and don't tell creators. We'll update it when new annual figures are published.

Editorial note: Figures are from OnlyFans' published results for the years to 30 November 2024 and 30 November 2025, as reported by the company and the press in August and September 2026, and checked on 8 October 2026. Figures are rounded. They describe the platform as a whole, not what any creator will earn.

How big is OnlyFans in 2026?

In the year to 30 November 2025, OnlyFans reported about $7.84 billion in gross fan payments, around 5.06 million creator accounts and around 437.1 million fan accounts. About 2.5 million creators and 132 million fans were active during the year. Creators received roughly $6.2–6.3 billion after the platform's 20% fee.

How much does OnlyFans pay creators in total?

About $6.2 to $6.3 billion in the year to November 2025, depending on the source, after OnlyFans' 20% fee. The company has also said it has paid creators more than $30 billion in total since it launched. These are platform-wide totals spread across millions of accounts, very unevenly.

How many creators are on OnlyFans?

Around 5.06 million creator accounts in the year to November 2025, up from about 4.63 million the year before. About 2.5 million were active during the year. Creator accounts include inactive and very small pages, so the number of creators earning a meaningful income is much smaller.

How many fans use OnlyFans?

Around 437.1 million fan accounts in the year to November 2025, up from about 377.5 million. About 132 million were active during the year. One person can hold more than one account, and many accounts are inactive, so these aren't counts of unique paying people.

What do these statistics mean for creators?

They show a large, still-growing platform with heavy competition. With millions of creator accounts sharing fan spending very unevenly, the average figure means little. What matters for an individual creator is niche, promotion, retention and messaging. See is it too late to start OnlyFans?.

How many OnlyFans creators earn over $1 million?

OnlyFans said in August 2026 that 5,076 creators had earned more than $1 million on the platform to date. That's a cumulative figure across the platform's history, and it's a tiny fraction of creator accounts. It shows how concentrated earnings are rather than what's typical.

What can't these statistics tell you?

They can't tell you typical or median creator earnings, how income is distributed, how long creators stay, or how any agency performs. OnlyFans doesn't publish a breakdown of earnings by creator. Be wary of sites quoting precise "average earnings" without a source.

What to check before quoting a statistic:

How does the top percentage badge relate to these figures?

The ranking badge places a creator relative to others, but with millions of accounts, many of them small or inactive, a top-percentage badge doesn't reveal what a creator actually earns. OnlyFans doesn't publish the formula, the time period or the thresholds behind it, so treat badges as rough indicators. See what "top %" means on OnlyFans.

How fast is OnlyFans growing?

More slowly than in its early boom years, but still growing. Gross fan payments rose about 9% between the years to November 2024 and November 2025, creator accounts rose about 9%, and fan accounts rose about 16%. Fan accounts growing faster than creator accounts is a modestly positive sign for creators.

Where do these figures come from?

From OnlyFans' own annual results, reported by the company and the press, for financial years ending on 30 November. They're the most reliable public figures available. Third-party estimates of earnings, demographics or traffic are not included here, because their methods are rarely published.

What does the 20% fee mean in these numbers?

Gross fan payments are what fans paid. OnlyFans keeps 20% and creators receive 80%, which is why creator payouts are about four-fifths of fan payments. When agencies talk about commission on "net" earnings, it usually means after that 20% fee. See agency commission explained and how OnlyFans payouts work.
